Wow. My mind is blown. I have to just enumerate some of the things that makes this one of the best ever:
1.) Screaming laughter
2.) Writhing, pounding the bed, as if that's going to help combat the tickles. I always love that move.
3.) She's in the pose. Very rare!
4.) Both feet are gotten, by two different people.
5.) You can see both soles...and her face.
6.) Adorable 'lee (though I'm freaked out she was born in a year that doesn't start with the number 19! Man, do I feel old! lol)
7.) The man is no dummy.....he starts by wiping but once he sees that it's tickling her, he flurries his fingers (both hands) all over her sole, he can't resist.
8.) You even get the word uttered (though not by the 'lee...but who cares...)
9.) It's both m/f AND f/f.
And so on and so on.....
It's not the director that wants the feet wiped, it's the guy who plays her Dad, isn't it? It's the same guy who does the tickling.
The look of panic on her face when he says it is priceless. "My feet?" She knows what's coming! lol.
Well....this is definitely one clip no one can complain "I wish he got her feet!" lol.

I was even coming here to comment on that seventh. The girl is holding on until the last strength not to pee her pants and he starts to tickle her with his fingers! Who knows... Maybe he is one of us here at TMF!
By the way, I had the same impression that the guy that was tickling her was the same that asked for the feet wip. Because it looks like he's wearing the same shirt. If so, we might think he said that knowing that she would be ticklish during the process! Again, who knows ...

Supposedly Julia Roberts had to have her feet wiped a lot while making Hook since Tinkerbell was barefoot for most if not the whole movie. I'm guessing maybe it tickled.
