But 7 is a nice rating. I always think that 7 is something like: "I'm ticklish, I know that I'm ticklish, but I've already seen people more ticklish than me ..." ...

Honestly I think asking to rate the ticklishness in numbers is pretty pointless, since you have no way to know how their personal scale works and what they mean with a "6" or a "7".
It's much better to just ask them how ticklish they are and then see how they put it in words.

I also prefer a description of tickling over a number rating. A 7 to me, is simply above average. But then what is even the difference between a 7 or 7.5? Or a 9 to a 10?

Although, either way, I find them both equally reliable. A girl could describe herself as the most ticklish person ever, but that's only based on her personal experience and it holds no more weight than a girl saying she's a "10" on the ticklish scale.

Guys would also take issue with it regardless because, for some reason, guys with tickle fetishes are extremely pessimistic. I still remember when people were dismissive of how Nikki Bella scaled how ticklish she thought she was.
