Here's a clip from an Indian serial. The actress' name is Jasmin Bhasin. There is no audio because the original video has music playing in the background. No laughter is heard.

Tickling is used as fun/foreplay in many Indian shows. So you'll almost never find feet tickling. It'll almost always be tummy, sides and neck.

I didn't know that, I know there is a thing with foot massages are linked with engagement etc. There is occaisionally foot tickling too.
