Tickling in Rotterdam, NL

This is probably a very very long shot.
So me (26M) and my tickle partner (27F) have occassional tickle sessions.
Last time, a couple weeks ago, we had a guy join us to tie her down and tickle her crazy.
This time we would like to do the same thing but with an extra girl.
