The infamous supervillain Kitty Klaws has been captured and is tied to a chair. She has planted bombs across the city and it is up to him to find out where they are before it is too late. First up is tickling with fingers, mouth, and tools on her stockinged feet. Kitty is not going to give up the information easily so she is also tickled on her knees and sides as she squirms and giggles.
