I’ve definitely heard that sentiment before. Not sure but i think it’s cause in American culture it could be seen as degrading to show a woman being tickled. But if it’s being done to a man then it’s ok because it’s funny to see a big tough guy taken down by something that seems harmless. I don’t know if this is accurate but I assume that’s the idea
This is more or less what I was saying. It just feels like female foot tickle torture is a lot more accepted in European/Asian media, whereas it's pretty rare here in the States.

The tickler is Ravid Ronen, the ticklee (woman) is Liron Weizman, the ticklee (guy) is Guy Zu-Aretz. It's a commercial for the Israeli fourth Big Brother VIP season, and they are being tickled for information on the participants. The ticklees are mocking Ravid for thinking she can break them with the feather ("that's all you've got?!"), at which point she brings out the torch, but has to leave because her mother is calling her for dinner.

Nice find. As was mentioned, bummer it only showed the guy’s soles up close getting tickled, but at least we got to see a view of her soles at the end when it showed the POV of the tickler tickling both of their soles.
I wonder if they were actually getting their bare soles tickled with the feather attached to the power drill though and the reactions were genuine? Just because obviously the guy didn’t really get his hair ripped out on his leg I’m guessing, and she didn’t have her feet in a bucket of what were actual ice pops.
