Hyun-Cha's eyes opened suddenly as he looked around his flat. He didn't hear them outside his door anymore, how long had he been asleep? He'd been spotted by one of them when he'd tried to take some of the food from the neighboring apartment. it had clambered at his door for hours screaming about how hungry it was and how good something in his apartment smelled. He felt like he knew exactly what that horrible girl wanted and his toes curled in his flips in fear as the silence was even more frightening.
The other day he'd seen the handsome man from the floor below try to flee the building from his room. The blue haired man hadn't gotten far before a pair of long arms had emerged from a construction crane's cab to grab him. They'd pinned his arms with one hand and the other had floated about his upper body as the monstrous hands had reeled him in. Hyun-Cha had covered his ears at first cause he didn't want to hear the man scream but he still heard him anyway. He'd been confused when instead that man who he'd heard talk about being an idol cry out but not in pain but laughter. The man had started with light giggles but as that hand had gotten more room instead he'd gotten louder. Hyun had watched in absolute fear as the man had been pulled into the tube but that hadn't stopped his laughter. No matter how many pillows and magazines he'd stuffed in front of the window though he could still hear the man laughing. He'd been here for 3 days before he'd pulled some down to look out the window and realize he couldn't actually still hear it but was in fact imagining it. He'd peered down and could still see the man's hand flailing about down there.
That he was still alive in there but just didnt have the energy left to laugh was what had tipped off Hyun to what that female monster was after. He'd braced his whole body against the door when it had started slipping it's fingers in under the door. His eyes had bulged when it had first started poking his slides and he closed his eyes and cursed how lazy he was for not thinking to wear closed toed shoes in a isutation like this. It started to dance those cracked and ruined nails along the tops of his toes and he couldn't help himself. He let out a noise that made whatever had used to be a woman out there pause. "Puh-huh *snnnnrk*"
The fingers had stopped for a second at that and he'd been able to pull his feet back. An even louder SLAM had cracked against the door then and made it let out an extremely foreboding creak. Hyun had instinctively gone back to pressing his arms against the door in fear and was right back with his tootsies pressed to the door. Yes it let whatever she was now play with his toes but he would much rather that then door fall and her get his whole body as a toy. Her voice started croaking out words and the horrible tone just made Hyun even more certain that no matter what he had to KEEP. HER. OUT.

That her head was very clearly angled to stare right at where his feet were. The second was how high up her head was in relation to those long terrible fingers. He grit his teeth and tried to focus on holding the door to ignore the fact that the thing trying to get ahold of him right now was exactly what he'd seen that had been ravaging that man outside. An image floated through Hyun's mind of himself trying to crawl out of his room and those long hands teasing his neck before he was reeled back into what used to be his room and had been turned into ticklish tomb.
"GIIIIIVE THEM TO MEEEE! I'M HUUUUNGRY AND THEY FEEEL SO SWEEEEEET! IWANTIT!IWANTIT!IWANTIT!IWANTIT! AHHHHHHH-who's there!? Waaaaait come baaack I'm huuuungry."

He still had to slowly ease himself away from the door and even then feared that it would come bursting down and those hands would grab him. He flopped down on his matress and realized he was still shaking even as he put his feet up onto the matress. It took him until now to realize that she'd run off with one of his slides. He wiggled the toes of his now bare foot and not at all fond memories of those cracked fingernails dancing along the tops of his feet brought him a shiver that started in his toes and moved up through his whole body. Hyun made a decision right there, he had no idea what was going out in the city. No idea how far this had spread but he had to get out of this building. He heard a faint noise coming from the apartment below him and when he put his ear to the ground he could hear it better. Mad, unrestrained and frantic laughter.
The last few days he'd noticed it coming from the apartments on either sides of him and he'd confirmed before his first ill-fated venture out of his flat that the one above him was making similar noises. Slowly but surely each and every flat in this tenement was ending up a tomb of mad and exhaustive tickles for various monsters. Every single day that Hyun-Cha stayed here was another day that potentially his room could become one as well. He had to get out of here, that door wasn't going to stand up to another one of those things. He crept over to the window to see if maybe he could creep out to the fire escape.
He threw open the curtains covering his window and went ghostly pale. A massive green eye blinked and watched him with curiosity. He took a step back and fell on his ass in abject terror as it the bulbous green head of the monster smashed through the glass of his window. The head looked like nothing more than a fixture for even more bulbous eyes that stared at nothing and blink their fluffy-looking eyelashes as Hyun trembled in fear. He went to run but the monster extended it's disgusting neck even further and wrapped the struggling Hyun-Cha up in it like a serpent.
The layabout was hiccuping in fear as those disgusting eyes blinked at him before his entire world was turned upside down. Literally, the monster turned the fearful victim upside down and hung him so that his shaggy hair could just brush his dirty floor. It's many eyes all narrowed and concentrated on one thing. The one bared foot of Hyun-Cha's that it had held up to the sun. Hyun wiggled his toes in fear and giggled nervously at first, then manically as the monster pressed closer and began blinking it's eyes rapidly to brush and fluff Hyun's captive peet with it's greasy eyelashes.
The neet shook with belly laughter at both the feeling of those lashes and just the ridiculous idea that after all his resolve he was instantly doomed to find himself trapped and butterfly kissed into a sticky mess. The monster began slowly reeling Hyun-Cha towards the window and he shook his head through his laughter. He didn't know where it wanted to take him but he knew he wouldn't like it. Little did he know that random chance would save him from being reeled back into the creatures lair.
The Eye Monster dropped him to the ground suddenly and he scrambled beneath his bed whimpering. He looked up to see it's eyes wincing in pain before the monster was quickly and unceremoniously dragged back through the window. He could hear sickening cracking and crunching noise from down in the courtyard but Hyun had learned to leave well enough alone as he quickly dashed out his door. He left it open behind himself and that was how he could hear the blood-curdling roar from the courtyard as the attacker of the Eye Monster celebrated.
"SAAAALTTT!!" was what Hyun-Cha heard as he covered his ears and simply ran for the stairs. He took them three at a time in complete and utter fear until he finally and unsurprisingly tripped. He went down hard and it was a miracle he wasn't seriously hurt. The only thing that seriously happened was him losing his other shoe. It sailed off his foot and slapped against the wall hard. The sound of the rubber slapping against the wall echoed down the hallway and got another monsters attention. Before Hyun could get up at all a green spike shot out of the darkness and impaled his shoe to the wall. The spike then spread out into small feelers that spresd out through the hallway and lightly poked and felt every single surface. Including Hyun-Cha's stomach due to how his hoodie was up after the tumble.
He let out a childish giggle that echoed down the hallway as well and earned a rattling scream from something.
"I HEEEEAARD YOU!" the monster shrieked as it came staggering out of the blackness. The top half of its head was missing and it wheeled aboutbto try and turn it's one remaining ear towards whatever had made the latest noise. Hyun stayed still on the ground as it staggered around in an effort to find who had just giggled. The many little tendrils of it's arms were still probing about randomly but Hyun had pulled his shirt down. He moved carefully so as to keep the soles of his feet on the ground but those little feelers still got into his ears and made him snort.

"FOUND YOU!"
Hyun tried to run for the stairs but the monsters arm was like a whip and quickly wrapped around him in a manner that pinned his arms to his sides. He was easily lifted off his feet and dragged down to the creatures side as it's arm reshaped itself into a fleshy straitjacket just for the cute loser it had caught.
"Wait! No! Let me gOHO WHAHAT THE FUHUHCK?! IT TIHIHCKLES!"
Hyun-Cha bounces up and down in his bonds as the inside of his meaty bonds felt like a special tickly hell. Fingers wiggled beneath his ribs, divots sucked upon his nipples, and what felt a trio of non-human tongues explored his navel. His eyes were squeezed shut as he was dragged down the hallway laughing loud enough to wake the dead. Luckily or unluckily for Hyun all the other monsters on the floor were busy with their own captured victims. All but one that is, that mass of muscle lumbered it's way down the hallway with a great smile on it's face towards the noise. The beefy monster arrived just as the blind monster was dragging him through a doorway to it's apartment.
Hyun's eyes were squeezed shut at what felt like 30 to 40 little mouths chewing his belly fat so he didn't even notice the monster plus his laughter was so loud that his captor didn't hear it until it's massive fist closed around the things head and threw the monster right through the window. It's grip loosened on Hyun and allowed him to sneak away as it roared again at having lost him.
"SAAAAAALT!" it demanded as Hyun padded his bare feet up the stairs. He closed the door behind him gently and let out a breath at seemingly having lost that monster once more. He padded softly down to the next floor and stopped when he saw a monster. It had three eyes so it would definitely see him but thankfully it was all the way down the hallway from Hyun.
From that far there was no chance it would be able to do anything if he just quickly jumped down the stairs and slammed the door behind him. He could just bolt it behind himself and keep running while it was stuck. He swallowed hard and nodded at the wisdom of his plan.
He sprinted down the stairs and saw the creature turn at the noise, he leapt the final six steps and it still hadn't even left the spot it was standing in. At this rate Hyun smiled at how he'd be througn the door before this thing even-wait where'd it go?
The monster had blurred for a second then completely vanished from Hyun-Cha's sight. He didn't know it but he'd picked the absolute worst monster in the building to try and outrun and that was the Speed Monster. Before Hyun-Cha's baretoes even touched the ground it was on him, it forced a discarded pair of socks between the gloomy NEET's teeth and slapped a shiny strip of duct tape over his lips.
Hyun hadn't even registered anything as the monster set to work wrapping an extension cord around his wrists to trap them together, mummifying from his ankles to his hips with the rest of that duct tape and even using a simple zip tie it had picked up from a deceased policeman to bind Hyun's big toes right together. This all happened in a quarter of a second, so when Hyun's feet slapped onto the ground it took a second for him to try and move.
He fell backwards helpless and wondering what had happened as the monster zipped back from out of it's room with a marker and a wicked smile as to him it's prey was tumbling in slow motion. Hyun's hoodie was ripped right off his chest and a claw began poking up and down his pudgy tummy so fast that he couldn't stand it.
The monster was testing each and every nerve on Hyun's chest and each time it saw a teenyest hint of a giggle it used that marker to leave a big red circle on the tickle spot and write the method that had just driven Hyun to tears. By the time Hyun landed on his back his cheeks were tomato red, his eyes were wet with tears and his cock was threatening to tear a hole right through his dirty and threadbare sweatpants.
When his brain finally was able to catch up with what was going it was just in time for him to see the grinning monster waving that marker at him as it held his ankles with one hand.
