Bro have you tried sessiongirls.com ? There are many girls on there who list "tickle wrestling" as an option (no, you don't have to wrestle ). You can search by state, and email them directly. You don’t necessarily have to pay, but you also shouldn’t hold out that it’s going to be as simple as somebody responds to your thead and you guys meet up. Way too many creeps and weirdos for most girls to even consider chancing it on a random person. Get your self involved in the community, attend munches and meet some people. Or just wait for somebody to fall into your lap. Not that’s saying it’s not possible just saying it’s very very rare.

Thank you gentlemen for the suggestions. I have never heard of sessiongirls.com and realize that it's not as simple as a woman responding to my thread. I can agree with Nick here and I have had experiences with both girls he mentions that were top notch.
