Just a heads up guys there a Instagram account by the name
Of ticklelibary that’s selling on some clips that belong to producers did make any producer I know aware of this you might want to check it out it’s your work someone else is profiting from end of the day 👌

Hell, all any producer needs to do to see if their content is being pirated is visit /r/tickling on Reddit or do a keyword search for "tickling" and "foot tickling" on YouTube. It's ridiculous how blatant it is. Reddit's not been quite as bad since PornHub purged everything but there are a couple of channels on YouTube, particularly satoshi yoing and one or two others, that are pretty effing shameless about it.

I guess that the only way to manage these copyright issues is to report the links to clips4sale, isn't it?
Or do you take any actions yourself?

That would be helpful if we could combine our efforts to find and report the pirating sites and accounts together.
Maybe we should have a separate sub-forum for that, don't you think?
Where we could share the links among ourselves.

I can admit that since pornhub's been shut down, I noticed a growth of piracy on youtube and some illegal websites.

Clips4Sale is very effective in getting a particular clip taken down if the producer reports it. I have 100% success rate, there. That said, YouTube/PH/whoeever generally won't sanction the entire channel until it gets enough copyright strikes or enough people flag it; I've flagged channels in the past but nothing was ever done about it so I presume that there needs to be some kind of volume.

So yes, producers should absolutely use their distributor's content enforcement system to get clips removed, and as a community we all should definitely report channels, Insta pages, whatever to the proper source.

...and regardless of your personal views on foot fetish/tickling videos being "actual" porn or not, I've read YouTube's terms of service and they are explicitly against it*, so seriously, just flag everything and they'll most likely take it down.

* There is a clause regarding "content not specifically of a sexual nature that is still intended to be viewed as such".

It's amazing how shitty and inconsistent YT are about enforcing their own rules. I've flagged videos of mine for adult content on there before just to save the hassle of doing a copyright claim (which is a longer form), only for them to just review the clip and put an age verification on it, even though it clearly breaks their own rules. At the same time, they've pulled much tamer 30 second long clips that I've posted, within hours.

I've also filed DMCA notices by email, only for them to repeatedly email back (often several weeks later) querying the report for information I've already provided, saying that they need the precise timestamps of the offending content etc - even when I've explicitly stated that it is the entire clip. One time they emailed me requesting more information, when I'd already had the clips in question removed weeks earlier via another method. They are ridiculous.

Hey, at least you still have your channel. (Presumably).

Sole Mates had one of his videos flagged, and when he appealed it, they deleted his entire channel.

No, they deleted it without warning years ago! They've gladly hosted many of my full videos posted by randoms since then, and have gone out of their way to reject DMCA notices. I had to set up a new YT account recently because they refused to accept that I was the copyright holder, despite providing them with proof. They're just a joke really.
