I know many people here take sneaky feet pics, so has anyone here ever experienced this?

Taking cell phone pics of a women without her consent is creepy and not okay.

This is possibly the most important video to have ever been posted on this forum; hopefully, there are people here who will do some serious thinking about how they're doing something (and presenting it as being totally normal and okay) that the vast majority of people would react to this way if they knew it was happening

But will it change anything?

Never know :) major change starts with something small

For me, the lowest part of this is that it’s not just random some woman he’s taking jerk material pictures of... that’s one thing.

But your friend’s girlfriend? That’s not only disrespectful, it’s breaking man law.

Man law? Like she’s her boyfriend’s property?

Not at all.

Let me put it more clearly.

Would you be more upset seeing your best friend taking a picture of some random girl in a bikini at the beach?

OR

Snapping a picture of your girlfriend (or wife) in a bikini after you’ve invited him over for a pool party.

My point being, it’s disrespectful to take pictures of people without their permission. It’s HIGHLY disrespectful to treat your friend’s lady that way.

It’s a matter of respect.

No....uh, no. It is NOT more disrespectful because it is someone's girlfriend. We aren't property....like it is somehow not personal for us? I grump!

I was hoping what I inferred from your post wasn't correct, but I think I may have been right on.

Now, I understand that something can affect us more if it happens that close to home, but the 'random girl' deserves the same amount of respect. I feel bad for the 'random girls' that have their photos taken surreptitiously in order to be shared on websites such as this.

She didn't seem to have a problem with it. They're all friends. Let the lady decide if she should be offended or not. She actually laughed at it. Maybe she knows her friend's into feet.

If you seriously think that's the reaction of someone who doesn't have a problem with it, you want your head examining by a professional.

Taking a picture of someone without permission is not something I’d take lightly. I’ve had it done to me, and no it’s not acceptable.

Bingo. No need to have a heated debate over this.

Mixed messages much?

Actually, I'd be equally upset, that I'd misjudged someone that badly, and they'd be willing to betray a friendship with my wife for the sake of stroke material. The fact that she's my wife isn't really the issue here. I'd be angry that I let someone like that get close to someone I cared about. In either case, the "What the fuck is wrong with you? Get the fuck out of here!" would be pretty much the same.

You're acting as if there's some sort of code that creeps adhere to, or should be expected to. I can tell you from experience, there's not.
The only code they follow is, Try not to get caught; and if you do, it's really not that big of a deal.

maniactickler, magic fingers, and hallkogan, taking photos or videos of a woman without their consent is not okay.

Even if she laughed it off, the person should have ASKED before DOING IT!

I'm speaking from experience of people trying to take cell phone videos or photos my fiancé without her permission...something she is NOT OKAY WITH!

Maniac has always had a weird sense of humour...haven't you all read his threads involving his favorite pastime? Passing gas?? lol.

So true, Maniac's just naturally funny!!

Otherwise no, in reality I hope it's illegal to take pictures of people without their consent. I think it depends upon circumstances, but it should be unless there may be a crime involved.

If you seriously think you know what a stranger's thinking based on a quick video clip, you're the one who needs to have their head examined. Stop with the insufferable virtue signaling and white knighting.
