Hi All

Hoping to get some help here rather than cancel my card. I bought a 3 mth subscription late last year, got 1 month out of it (then it stopped and no replies to support emails), then discovered recently they've been billing me every 3 months but aren't giving me access to their content. My messages to their support still go on deaf ears so haven't had anything other than the automated reply. Does anyone out there have any contact details for someone there? If it comes to it I'll get a new card but would rather not.

Cancel your card. There's no other way...I'm sorry but their billing you for stuff you didn't buy. It's basically theft. You gotta cancel your card and cancel the charges.

You may want to report this to the Federal Trade Commission's IdentityTheft.gov website.
 
Thanks for the reply, I am of that mindset as well however I don't think it's worth going to that extreme.

I was however able to (hopefully) cancel the subscription another way. TL:DR https://support.ccbill.com/
This is the service that sorts payment, I have hopefully cancelled my subscription through here :). Will post in 3 mths if it hasn't worked haha.
 
The reason I hate automatic payments.
