I love tickling guys wearing camo pants and tan leather soldier boots. I also love to remove their footwear before tickling. But my problem is if I attach restraints to their ankles while they are wearing boots, then I can't remove the boots after they are tied up, which is what I want to do.

Any suggestions how I can circumvent this problem?
 
Hm...go full Dom Lee on them. Threaten worse tickle punishment if they move while you remove and attach the restraints, for funnies tease them after the boots are off before they are strapped again, they'll almost certainly twitch, then you are required to deliver extra tickle.punishment &#55357;&#56841;
 
you could cut the soles off his boots off and tickle his feet inside ala Bridge Ahoy Olive Oyl ;3
 
thanks maybe cut open the socks with scissors if they're wearing any ;3
 
hahahah I can only imagine the panic I'd feel in this situation as my soles were suddenly exposed to open air from inside the boots! gah!
