On another note, it actually does annoy me that the store closed. There were other videos I had compiled in a list and saved in a text document for future reference. I was actually planning on buying more videos this weekend when I got paid.

For those of you that are interested, I will share more info about the videos. There were more older (mid 20s and later)girls than younger girls that were ticklish.
 
Just because hey didn’t know at the time it doesn’t mean no harm was done. Court cases aside, being published on any fetish platform can have very real impacts on someone’s life (hey Sonja from engineering is a tickle freak, look!) and finding out after the fact that someone was used to record sexual material without their knowledge, this includes the videos in question here, will have a negative psychological impact.

Well I guess the only way to verify if anyone watched the videos is to verify how many videos he sold. The store is closed now. Are you suggesting that I delete the videos?

Personally? I would. At least, I'd delete any video where I couldn't confirm that the "model" consented to appear. I think the fact that this creep deleted his entire store rather than just leave up the stuff he had paperwork for speaks volumes as to how legit his operation was, at least in the eyes of whoever was hosting it. Color me shocked.

I also want to veer sideways for a moment and talk about all of the "she didn't seem ticklish" comments. There's probably a very good reason for that; these women felt pressured to comply and this dude was creeping them out.

I've... shot a lot of women as a photographer in both fetish and normal contexts. I've also tickled more than my fair share of friends, girlfriends, models, and, well, yeah. These hands have been around. My social circles have a higher-than-average number of women in them so like the sperg that I probably am, I've observed a lot of fairly interesting social interactions over the years.

The result of which is that, generally speaking, if a woman is nervous or doesn't like you, unless she's so ticklish you'd be risking your teeth touching her, she's going to shut down and it's just going to be awkward.

I've seen this with a lot of first-time models, specifically. They don't know what they're getting into and not entirely sure that I'm above-board with regards to their safety. Generally once they realize that yes, they have complete control over the shoot via their safeword and that I'm willing to accommodate their requests, they relax and things start to go more smoothly. With few exceptions, the very first clip I shoot with a model is always the "worst" in terms of reactions.

There's also the notion that this clown obviously doesn't screen for ticklish women, he just gets off on running his script and conducting his "survey" and doesn't actually care about the person connected to the foot, so the odds of him occasionally finding someone who's dead from the ankles down is also fairly high. I'd be willing to guess that some of these "not ticklish" women would have taken it a lot differently if they were being tickled by someone other than some strange goob with a camera, in public no less.

That clip has always been the top shelf gold standard for ticklish pedicures. There's another clip out there of her just showing off her feet. She's a beautiful foot goddess and knows it.

Honestly, if legality is a concern, a lot of stuff here would have to be removed. It seems doubtful, for example, that the various copyright holders for the celebrity photos consented to the uses of the photos in this way, or were compensated for their use. Meanwhile, I’m not sure an adults-only fetish site is covered by
the Fair Use Doctrine.

My ‘Treatise On Tickling’ - written in the 1990s when there was barely an Internet, & researched as best as possible at the time - used to be sold along with Max Speer’s gigantic Mainstream Tickling List as a bundle. Yet it’s been reprinted here and elsewhere, with no credit, compensation, or even my consent. I haven’t sued or demanded that it be taken down, so no big deal, but I’m not sure any professional photographers or celebs protective of their images would knowingly want their work put up here & passed around for free, or at all, and collectively wouldn’t be as cool a dude as I am.

It sounds like him, he shoots a lot of women in nail salons, & he’s involving nonfetish performers (the nail techs) in his fetish work. I’m betting it’s him, since he’s also used pro models. His Clips4Sale store now has a total of 4 videos, so he’s closed up several ‘shops’ (EthnicFoot, BBWFoot, etc.) & removed hundreds of videos. Just like this specific guy closed up his store in the past few days.

It does sound like him, but according to that link you posted the guy they're talking about approached a woman in the Portland area. The video from the YouTube link that the OP posted and all the videos from the recently deleted store that we've been talking about were shot just outside of Phoenix. So unless he actually travels to other states to find unsuspecting models it's not the same guy.

Well thanks for the opinions everyone. I'm still thinking about if I should delete it.

It sound crazy to me that anyone would travel multiple states over, for no promise of a return investment, to film some girls into getting tickled on camera.

I also wonder why he took down the entire store.


edit: I just checked and his store is online again. But none of his pedicure videos are available anymore.

I would place good money on his incentive not being a return on his investment but instead making his own wank bank of videos of him getting to touch, tickle and film the feet of hundreds of women (and the occasional man).

Before PornHub had its purge it contained countless videos of him using the same lines on shop workers, members of the public, private business owners and employees, and sometimes women in their own homes. I'm not denying I looked at some of these, but the initial enjoyment of seeing something so candid was quickly replaced by concern with the blatant way this old creep was conning good-natured unsuspecting women who never asked to be in the public eye (some probably young enough to be his granddaughter) with his juvenile lines about it being a survey of some kind.

Eventually he filmed some girls in his garden who seemed to be somewhat informed. That's when he got comfortable enough to start showing his face and sniffing their feet.

Because I get concerned with this entire community getting tarred with the same brush as those who act like perverted morons, I have a big problem with him. It also doesn't help when others on the linked threads are indifferent to what he does.

In one way it is a shame that those videos are now gone from PornHub because in some of them you could see the name of the small business he was conning in the background. Just the sort of thing that could help inform the conned women of what happened and bring some repercussions for this fool.

If we're talking about the original video you posted from YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=sX9_Xl-7qWY), it surrre sounds like him. Same accent, same intonations, same methods of expression. He also favoured a toothbrush. What makes you certain it's not him?

Edit to add: Now that his site is back online and I can see his other videos, it's definitely him. Exact same camera angles (including ropey technique), a penchant for "very mature" women, the same uninformed expressions on some of the women he's filmed.

Something else I'm willing to put money on is that he's watching this very thread.
 
That was painful to watch. She could not have been less ticklish. And I think this guy does a lot of these public videos… I recognize the voice… I don’t know, it just comes off super creepy to me
 
I messaged Jeff about this situation to see what he thinks. Jeff is the owner of this site and he's proven to be an objective person about situations like this. I trust his opinion.
