Oh man this one takes me back. It's an oldie but a goodie. Not sure where it's from tbh though it doesn't look like a fetish vid to me. I remember a lot of these old random amateur vids would pop up from nowhere back in Youtube's earlier days before all the couple tickle challenges and tickle pranks became a thing.

Oh yeah, awesome classic random one-----likely from the UK based on their accents and likely amateur, possibly a mother-daughter or aunt-niece thing based on the dynamic. One of the better turned-into-a-quivering-giggly-mass vids, the kind where after the tickling stops, they keep giggling, like there's still a phantom tickle sensation.
