Instead of caning like in certain countries a justice system with tickle punishments. I love it. Problem is many would purposely get into trouble then. Love the sadistic look on that female guard.

Really well done! The beaming faces of the guards and look of dread on the prisoner. Also the sadistic glee of the brunette guard working a pair of helpless feet - article appears to be entitled "I LOVE MY JOB" - and she CLEARLY relished tickling female prisoners!
