This randomly showed up on my YouTube recommendations last night. It looks a physiotherapist based in Ireland and has a load of videos showing his work with clients.
This video in question has a girl getting a full sports massage which for the most part looks pretty painful.
But there's two points of interest during the video. Around 12:40 she has a massage gun used on her back that seems to hurt and tickle. Then at around 15:40 he does a technique where he goes inbetween her toes all at once and her reaction is pretty cute.

Also found another video that he's posted that's purely just foot massages that again most of the women find it more painful than anything else but around the 12:00 mark he does the same technique as he did on the last girl with similar results.
