I just wanted to point out that this is not a good person, and that she has in fact threatened grieves bodily harm to somebody she was supposed to love and cherish.

I don't consider that to be an issue of race or gender. I think think it's just a vile thing to say. The truth is that a man's career would have been over if the situation was reversed. Quite frankly I'm disgusted that there other women are like this.

It seems to me like rappers are always saying stupid violent shit like this though, almost as if it's part of the culture that surrounds the genre. You say a man's career would be over if the situation were reversed, but I don't know if that's true. Men get away with saying some horrible shit too. I remember Method Man in a live interview basically implying that he would assault, or maybe even kill, Wendy Williams and no one gave a shit about it. Granted, she's a terrible person and she made his wife's cancer public when she didn't want it out there but it was still a blatant, public threat of violence.

It just seems like the way people involved in the hip-hop world talk and it probably shouldn't be taken that seriously because it's likely just a part of the image they want to put forward.

My last word on this, because I don't want to continue hijacking the thread, but Wendy Williams is the person that gave her blessing for a woman to trick her husband into getting her pregnant , supported Solange Knowles attacking Jay-Z, and thought what Catherine Kue Beckers brutal attack on her sleeping/drugged husband was acceptable. Method Man was wrong to say that but she unorganized him. No man could go on the radio or TV and say "I'd slice up her pussy if she cheated on me" and have a career because he'd be arrested for making the threats, and probably killed in jail for the same reason.

It really has me scared for the men in my life, especially my nephews. I know that sort of contradicts my comment about gender and race, but if we're being honest nobody would be laughing if it was the other way.
 
I don't want to sound harsh, but this comes across as pointless pearl clutching. It's an old clip, in which two people are joking and joshing around. The tone is light and phrasing is figurative and not meant to be taking serious or literal. It's been six years since , no news of Iggy cutting off a member.Hell, Iggy doesn't even have much of a career anymore.

When something happens doesn't make it any less disgusting. Look at how people lost thier minds over wjst Donald Trump said "When you are rich and famous, sometimes, you can grab them by the pussy.". So if some can be offended by that why can't others be offended by a threat of violence. A unique threat, directed at the male sex organ, that should habe ended her career in a society where justice is blind.
 
Iggy has a ticklish belly and a great laugh. This is awesome because she is one of these modern female entertainers who don't really smile much in public let alone laugh, which makes this video of her getting the giggles all the more golden.
