Got Scammed In The Past-Advice is Appreciated!

Long story short, i embarrassingly got scammed into a anti virus service and paid for it years ago. Not long after i got the computer cleaned out at a local tech store. Just today though i got calls from the scammers saying the service plan was set for auto-renewel soon unless i call them to cancel.

I have no plans of calling them but my main concern until i can call the bank in the morning is do you think a large charge to my account will be approved right away? I am hoping any large suspicious charge would have to get approval from me by the bank first but I'm very nervous and I'll be working all night with this crap on my mind.

Unfortunately, the charge will go through without any approval from you or the bank. The scammers keep your card info on file and can withdraw anytime they want. I recommend contacting your bank and getting a new bank card or credit card.
Whatever you do DO NOT CALL THE SCAMMERS. They will try to either redo the scam claiming you will get a refund or they will try to charge you to cancel the "protection"
