I don't know about actual ticklishness, but the type of laughter is sometimes dependent on lung characteristics. Just going by my own experiences, I've noticed that the girls that have the loudest laughs tend to be bigger. Lung size is usually proportionate to body size.
That being said, laughter can also be affected by other things, like social anxiety or culture. Some women laugh more quietly due to being more shy, for example.
As for actual ticklishness, that seems to be pretty complex. It's not necessarily a matter of how much the person is accustomed to being touched, and sometimes ticklishness is affected by how comfortable someone is with who is doing the touching. You're often likely to get a better ticklish response when the person is more comfortable with you or really likes you.
