This is an unexpectedly difficult question & a great topic for a discussion thread. My #1 pick is the unnamed older redhead who appeared in 2 clips for Nylon Tickling. I'm not even into nylons, but her laugh is next-level.

Lol, I agree - That Tillie "Cackle" and Izzy's "Goofy" laugh. Two of the best :)
 
Petra from Czech Tickling Submission, Amazon Alex in the Czech Tickling Submission video "Extremely Ticklish BBW Amazon Alex" has a great laugh, especially when her feet are tickled.

Khloe really was one of the best models FrenchTickling has found in the last decade. Easily one of my top three now. Wished she'd shot more with him but really glad we got what we got.

I remember watching that episode of Stern with my roommates and praying that they wouldn't turn the channel (no way I was going to argue we should leave it on). That was the first time I learned about lotion / oil on the feet. Great memory.

Hands down Tickle Katt…highly recommend the two series entitled “Tickled to Death Series” and “The Mummy Series”…I have all the videos and they are amazing! Her laugh is so cute and gets very, very hysterical. Often she breaks down in tears mixed with laughter as her videos are really long. I’ve attached two images, one from each series…
