Not to be a downer, but isnt this group pretty suspicious? Can you really charge for videos of random people being tickled? Did all those people sign an agreement that they didnt mind that footage being used for fetish videos, for somebody elses profit?

Couple that with the comments, in which they brush off peoples annoyance that theyre now holding this content for ransom after their paetrons literally donated money so they could make this... The promise that this will be a seperate "tier" which implies to me they want to now charge those people more to actually view the content they paid for already... and there are various people asking when the model seen at the beginning will be tickled which is met with the response of "when more people donate..." But then other comments reveal they promised this for their past presenters too and never delievered on that...

Like, I get it, theyre producing the kind of content we would all like to see... But try not to let that cloud your better judgement.

Everyone who appears in the videos did sign a release form. The few people who didn't won't be shown.

We aren't just having people sign up for tiers that have nothing. There are over 100 tickling videos they can watch and are continuously updated. They are paying for access to these videos.

Unfortunately with our hosts, I can't control them. When the old hostess said she would do it. She changed her mind at the time which I have no control over. I won't make that mistake again.

I like the fact that this is being done by other women instead of older men. Makes it look less creepy and more inviting to those who don't know much about tickling fetishes.
 
Their content is really solid. Gorgeous women, real reactions, and I appreciate that everything gets previewed on their Youtube.

Looks great, but we won't see the content until Doomsday if the producer keeps to that target of 500 subscribers. It's currently at 225 when I looked just now, netting $2,685 per month.

So they need to more than double the sub count.

Charging the Patrons that funded this project again for an extra tier is arguably quite unscrupulous, but if the content's as good as it looks, I'll pony up. I get it, there's cost involved, not easy to pull off.

But, as SF is on this thread, they can correct me if I'm wrong here (I'm not) - Patrons essentially participated in a GoFundMe, and then SF turns around once the project is complete, teases the results on YouTube, and says:

"Thanks guys! Couldn't have done it without you!

By the way, f**k you all, you're not getting access to what you just funded until I reach 500 subscribers, and I am SO far away from that, haha! And if I do get there, you're going to have to pay me for a further tier as I slowly release the content and use it to tout for more subscribers. But in the meantime, please keep subscribing and supporting the site, there's 100 videos on here that you've already seen, enjoy!"

I can't imagine this is a position that can be sustained without pissing off the entire customer base.

I'm certainly not a happy camper.

The sad thing is it's a "shut up and take my money" situation.

Release this stuff and I'll be right back in line, wallet in hand.

Couldn’t have said it better. That’s a really sleazy move to have people donate and then force them to give more after it was all said and done. And then to magically think 250 more people are going to join? Ludicrous.

The second I saw that, I pulled my membership. Won’t be going back until they release the content and decide to not rip off their subscribers further. Very selfish and disingenuous of that person to do that.

Also red flags too when he won’t disclose locations and ages of people involved. Could mean trouble…
 
To be honest it feels slightly weird. First of all, I do not think it is very likely they will ever reach 500 subscribers. As for now they have 271, so perhaps 300 is reachable,maybe 350 is still realistic but anything higher seems nearly impossible. And add to it that people, who would subscribe to watch this specific content, will have to pay every mouth, not even knowing when or if this footage will be realised. This will only lead to a frustration. If they at least release few of them, so people could see if they are worth it, then maybe it will encourage other people to subscribe and eventually lead to 500 subscribers. And by the way, how are people even going to be sure that after reaching the required number of people they won't make another demand.

This leads to another problem. So far we have seen few seconds from five films. They all look to be made in the same location. What if that's all they have? I'm just saying that people are expected to subscribe and wait, without even knowing how the final product will look like.

And last point. I do not quite buy the story that the participants signed a release form. Did they tell them "Look, would you sit in the stocks so we can tickle you and record you, so later we can produce a fetish material and sell it to other people."? In that case, I don't really believe too many "real participants from the audience" would volunteer to do it. But if they skipped the part and didn't explain that this is a fetish material, then it is basically misleading them on purpose. Even if someone signs the release form allowing people to use the footage, there is still big difference between making, let's say "a documentary about torture in medieval/renaissance times" and a fetish material that's going to be sold. And if the latter is the case, this could really mean trouble.

Sorry for being pessimistic and maybe I don't understand something but this is how I feel about this stuff.
 
The 500 suscribers issue would be sketch if they raised money for that production specifically and now after managing to film it they are gonna hold out till they get what they want; but theres nothing wrong with having a target goal before they try to add NEW content on top of what they are already providing you with if it was stated before you put your money in. There incentive is they have plenty of content for you while you wait. So If you ONLY want the Renaissance content dont subscribe and let them make the move to either hold out, give in, or set up donations/alternatives to meet their goal.

Thats the LEAST sketch thing about the producer, people are just getting a lil too eager i think

I asked my Patreons what they wanted, which was renfaire style tickling and funded it on my own. I did ask for donations and any support for this renfaire project, which was optional, fully intending to do the renfaire videos anyways no matter how much money we received. We didn’t get too much donations, (less than 100$ usd), but through determination made it through.

I release new content every month. This is a patreon goal. A community goal of 500 patreon supporters. I’m sorry you feel the way that you do but this is a necessary step to save our production from annihilation. The patreons were always paying for the regular buried and facedown clips before I announced this goal. I’m just expanding the content types.

I guess for you and me dopefiend, this is a hate me now thank me later sort of thing. I will say, I’m going to a couple more renfaires before the year ends and that we aren’t just pocketing the money. These trips take a lot of money. Including staffing, transportation cost, rental space etc.

Thanks for bringing this up, and helping me clear up the situation. It needed to be said and I’m happy you’re looking forward to this content. Sorry for any distress I have caused you and anyone who saw it in the way you were describing.

Thank you, yes. We’ve filmed over 100 videos as of now. We just need more money to go to 3 more locations later in the year.

The women are compensated for their effort.

As far as patreon goals go, I trust we will reach that goal very soon.

I still feel there's quite a few questions that haven't been answered, but here's what I feel is the most important one, at least for me: you keep saying that the participants have been compensated, but has it been made 100%, absolutely crystal clear to them that this footage is to be sold as pornography?

This. It's imperative that this was made clear to the people before they participated otherwise it can be considered a form of "image based sexual abuse", which is very much illegal where I am (UK) and I imagine there are similar laws in the EU where these are filmed. It's an incredibly fine legal line to tread, selling this material, unless you have made it's eventual use abundantly clear and they've been given ample opportunity to consider it before signing the waiver.

Would you be able to provide us with a copy of the release form you have them sign? Even if it's just a blank copy. I would feel more comfortable with considering subscribing knowing that there was some protection indemnifying you and, by extension, your audience of any legal repercussions by consenting to participate in a video that can be (and in this case, will be) used as fetish/pornographic material?
