Janisa had recently moved to Las Vegas from South Carolina for grad school. She was able to secure a full scholarship to a top research institute, but she would have to secure a part-time job for living expenses.
She came across an ad while walking on the strip for a position at a local "indulgence" parlor. The job description read:
"Want to paid to lay down and relax? Take a tab below! We are paying $150/hr to participants."
Janisa tore a tab off the flyer and called the number. The hiring manager explained that she would be in the parlor's "interactive indulgence" section. She would just need to lay down for an hour or two, while travelers and locals paid to view her feet through a display.
Janisa was initially taken aback by the manager's description, but she wanted to give it a shot. Nothing like 150/hr right?
She arrived at the parlor after visiting a local salon for a fresh pedicure. The manager led her to a room with a leather bench and two holes to put her feet through.
She laid down and noticed there was a camera directly above her head pointing down at the head of the bench. The hiring manager pressed a button to open the two holes as Janisa placed her feet in each hole. The manager then pressed the button again, closing the holes and locking Janisa's ankles in place.
Hiring Manager: "Your shift starts in 15 minutes, and you should be down in two hours. We will be back then."
Janisa laid on the bench as her feet sat on the other side of the wall, enclosed in the opening. The box was slightly warm, which caused her feet to sweat a bit, but it wasn't too uncomfortable. She had no idea what was next.
Janisa patiently waited for what was next. She didn't know what to expect from her new job, but it would help with her day-to-day expenses.
Ten minutes into her shift, she saw the red light illuminate on the camera above the bench. She couldn't see what was happening on the other side of the wall, but she felt a rush of air hit her moist, socked soles.
On the other side of the wall, her first customer, Emma, had paid for an hour alone with Janisa. Emma reviewed Janisa's information on the tablet and was immediately intrigued to see what was on the other side of the sliding doors. She slid her credit card on the reader and hit the button to open the box.
The doors glided open and she was greeted by Janisa's purple ankle socks. She closed her eyes and inhaled the aroma of Janisa's slightly sweaty soles.
The scent quickly put the woman in a pheromone-infused trance.
She reached in the box and caressed the bottom of both socked soles, as Janisa smirked on the other side of the wall from the sensation. Emma looked up at Janisa's reaction on the live video feed above the display box, and knew that she had chosen a winner; Janisa was indeed ticklish. But how ticklish?
Emma reached in the box and pulled off Janisa's moistened socks.
She stood back and watched as Janisa's bare soles danced in the box. On the other side of the wall, Janisa laid back baffled and anxious. Her super sensitive feet were on high alert.
She couldn't see what was happening on the other side of the wall, and the woman's touch was maddening.
After admiring the beauty of Janisa's beautiful feet for a few minutes, she reached into her purse to pull out two feathers and a can of corn starch spray. She lightly coated each feather with the spray, slightly stiffening the feathers.
She lightly glided both feathers down each of Janisa's soles. She looked up at the monitor and saw Janisa's face tighten as the feathers glided from her heels to her plump toes.
Emma slid her favorite orange feather between Janisa's fourth and pinky toe as Janisa's attempted to scrunch her soles for protection. The woman could tell Janisa was struggling to hold in her laughter from the faces she was making on the live video feed.
The feathers were merely a test of Janisa's sensitivity and she passed with flying colors. On the other side of the wall, Janisa clenched her jaw as she felt Emma's feathers trace unpredictable patterns all over her supple soles. How much more will Janisa have to take?
Emma finally put her feathers down after 10 minutes as Janisa's anxious soles flexed to evade the next potential move. She had identified several hotspots on Janisa's feet with the feathers, and she planned to exploit them over the next 30 minutes.
After a little rest, the woman's fingernails rode Janisa's wavey arches. Janisa tried her best to fight off the woman's fingers, but they were far too nibble. She alternated between both feet, as Janisa broke into uncontrollable laughter on the live feed.
Janisa's hair went all over the place as the woman focused on her ulta-sensitive left arch. Was this really worth $150/hr?
As Janisa was reacting to Emma's expert touch, Emma noticed the built-in toe-ties in the box. She put each of Janisa's tender toes in a loop and hit the button under the box. The button retracted the excess rope into the box, pulling Janisa's toes back.
Janisa tried to flex her feet forward, but the rope had stretched soles out; leaving her feet taut and fully exposed.
Emma reached into her bag and pulled out her favorite oil spray. She generously coated each of Jasmine's soles with the oil and worked it in with her fingernails.
Janisa exploded with hysterical laughter as the woman tickled both of her helpless soles. Emma loved Janisa's reaction to the oil and her nails, so she proceeded to draw figure eights and swirls from her arches to the tender areas under her toes. Her nails glided on Janisa's softened soles. Janisa tried with all of her might to scrunch her toes, but the toe-ties kept her soles stretched and vulnerable.
As Emma's time expired, she massaged both of Janisa's feet and removed her toes from the ties (but not before sliding her fingers up and down each sole one last time).
A wave of relief washed over Janisa's face as the red light on the camera went off. She felt Emma gently kiss each of her arches before the doors enclosed her soles in the box.
Janisa had sweated up a storm from the experience, but the experience was surprisingly euphoric. This might not be a bad part-time job after all.
