Saw this on Instagram a few days ago and forgot to post it. She's clearly laughing, but whether it's from the tattoo tickling, is up for debate.

That face, with the tongue biting, does look like a tickle, and that would be a spot that could trigger it.

I have seen a couple videos with women laughing through tattoos because they tickled, so it's quite possibly a laugh.

In the context of the image, it wouldn't be a problem if someone of us have asked her if it was ticklish for her. But, looking at the image, it seems to has been an Instagram story. If it was a picture, it'd be easy to ask...

Anyway, I think it's more likely to have been a tickle than not. Not much more, like 55% - 45%. But, yeah and of course I want to believe it was. Judging by her face, as Jeff has already stated, makes me think she was ticklish...
