Best Honeymoon/Romantic Vacation Destinations?!

Hey all,

I’m getting married next august in 2023 and my fiancé and I are stumped on where we would like to go for our honeymoon. We aren’t ones to do the standard typical things, so we aren’t exactly fully sold on an all inclusive trip to the Caribbean, but we also aren’t completely against it.

We are looking to honeymoon in the beginning or spring of 2024 so we can have more time to save up for our honeymoon. We plan to be smart and budget, but money isn’t necessarily a concern.

There are just so many places to go and so much to do! Ideally we want to go abroad (out of the US) and we have passports. Also, we aren’t cruise people.

Have you went on a trip recently or over the past several years that you loved?!
Can you recommend a cool place to honeymoon and some fun things to do there?!

Niagara Falls Canada. My wife and I went there on our Honeymoon and had the time of our lives.

There’s great restaurants, lots of fun and attractions, and no shortage of romantic things to do.

Whats the budget? What do you enjoy doing? Acadia national park is awesome and you could drive if you wanted to.

I loved SPI (South Padre Island) Texas when my husband and I went for our honeymoon/1st wedding anniversary, but you said you wanted to go abroad. It was a lot of fun! We went dolphin watching, had a dinner cruise, went horseback riding on the beach, saw a turtle rescue place, a nature reserve type place....so much stuff to do, as well as stalk the beaches!

the villa Andantebythesea.com it's amazing and the cost is very reasonable...it's on the island of St John in the U.S Virgin Islands....we've been there three times and would love to go again, perhaps next year to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary.
