I came across an article this morning regarding the death of a french president in 1899. The woman Marguetite-Jeanne Steinheil went by Meg, and is known as the red widow who is believed to have killed then president Félix Faure while they were messing around in the bedroom. One line from the article caught my eye: "And who really knows if, a little after the president’s demise, she was the one who killed her husband and mother? Someone did one night while Meg was very loosely tied to her bed.
Oddly, each of her toes was individually tied to the bedpost."
I can think of one good reason one would want to tie her toes like that, can you? Source: yahoo.com/news/president-died-bed-her-book-103000889.html
