Ok people,

If you google "most ticklish woman" in videos, there is a video that shows up 5-6 down. The woman is naked and tied down to a bed. She has bright red hair, and she's being tickled by two other women. This girl honestly has the most ticklish feet I've ever seen in a video. Really, really really ticklish. Check it out...!
 
Different results can show up for different people, so unless you can link the video you were referencing it's not very helpful for everyone else.
 
I believe one of the lers is Tracey Jordan. Not sure about the other ler or lee.

Her reaction to having her feet tickled is perfect. I wish more lees reacted that way!
 
Thanks to tkmstr, I found it. The model's name is Ella Knight and the video is "Ella tickled and tormented." The producer is 'Tickle Dreams.' Did a CS search for Ella looks like she only shot with that studio, at least under that model name.
