Tying Raina and her "step-daughter", Evangeline’s wrists to a rope coming from the ceiling, LB has easy access to their upper bodies. They are quite literally spinning around each other trying to get away from his tickling fingers. At one point they each used the other as a human shield to try and get some protection. Towards the end, one of them gets an arm free and starts tickling the other. Definitely a sneaky thing to do!
