I think we can say it's a ticklish reaction. Not a 100% sure, but by the position of his arm and her face I would say she was getting tickled...

And I always thought that the scene in "Closer" was a really spontaneous one. Of course, one of the sexiest ever on mainstream...

As far as I'm aware nothing has ever been mentioned by her or anyone else regarding her feet being ticklish.

Going back to the picture it does look like she's being tickled given the way she's reacting and both of their positioning as well.
 
Bale is a lucky dog. He got to tickle the piss out of Zoe Saldana too.
I actually posted that video on YT, and it got more than 400 thousand views before it got taken down for alleged copyright claims.
