Cat Woman has attempted to go behind Ivy's and Harley's backs and steal Mr Freeze's tech for herself.
Unfortunately for her, a booby trap activated and froze her solid.
Fortunately for her, Ivy and Harley have rescued her and taken her back to their lair.
Whilst they're willing to thaw her out, they're also punishing her for her treachery by mercilessly soaping her now exposed lower body.

Day 17 of my much delayed advent event. 7 pics to go. Aiming to get one done per day, so as not to get any later.
Next up is Wonder Woman Prime, lasso suspended and at the mercy of various devious villains.
