Giulia De Lellis is an Italian Instagram "influencer" who has been tickled once before -- although, unfortunately, the clip no longer seems to be available from that thread. If anyone has it, I'd love to see it. As of more recently, however, Giulia also has something to say about her own ticklishness:

I already thought, based on her wikiFeet page, that she really seems to like showing off her feet. She has a sense of style about it. All told, I wonder if we could consider her a bit of a foot fetishist or even a lee.
