While I admire tickling in romantic relationships (kudos to you!!) I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE tickling just among friends.

Not sure if you're looking for something written from the perspective of a friend tickling a friend or just friends tickling each other in general. If it's more the latter, I recently posted a series of stories about my wife being tickled by her friends. One of them features me as a second tickler, but all the other are just her friends. I have one more that I'm planning on writing up soon centered around the same topic.

I have already shared stories of this before.
I would say my fav one is probably of my former Nepalese housemate.
