I'm not sure that the person running this YT page is actually the original content creator since they also appear to have clips advertised from a variety of producers

They are not. "Cute Girls Productions" (and its various sister channels with similar names) are a pirate shop that traffics in stolen content. I know this for a fact because I've had to DCMA them at least three times over their attempting to sell my own content. They didn't even take my logo or contact info out of their "previews".

I would recommend that anyone who gives a damn about this community and its content providers alert any producer whose material you recognize from their channels and alert said producer so that appropriate steps may be taken. Once I had their channel shut down twice they eventually wised up and stopped posting my clips, so it is possible.
