I think it's absolute hogwash that Clips4Sale won't let you download old clips that you paid for. Let's say I bought a clip several months ago but I lost it somehow. Sh!t happens. I go to C4S to download it again and it won't let me. Says the download has expired even though the download icon isn't shaded out making it appear otherwise. Anyone else feel the way that I do and think C4S should allow us to re-download clips we've already paid for, no matter how long ago it was?
 
They want you to buy it again. Poor business model in my opinion but in my experience customer friendly they ain't!
 
Try and contact the studio you bought it from, they might be cool and send it to you if you can prove you paid for it to begin with.
 
I have to agree with this statement.

It’s one of the flaws of C4S, not being able to re-download previously purchased clips. For me, it should be like iTunes, where your purchases are saved and can be downloaded again without having to pay for them.

Email clips4sale and tell them u accidentally lost the clip and give them the clip ID. Within 5 minutes they will send you a new download link.
They have top customer service. They understand porn customers are always angry
 
I had the same problem three years ago. I learned from that experience to copy all of the video clips that I download to an external flash drive. Just don't keep the flash drive in the same room as your computer; put it in a small fireproof locked box in another room.
 
You can just enail c4s they will probably give it back to you. The thing is these protections are more against piracy than anything else, we have it on GT and we always give back the free downloads to people who lost their video
 
I've had several occasions where I emailed C4S customer service and explained this problem. Each time they gave me a new 48 hours to download.

They do. I've done this and have sent the order ID I got via confirmation email, explained the situation, and they've let me re-download it.
