Tickle Scene in the Carolinas

I am thinking of making a move due to weather and cost of living in New England. Just wondering what the tickling scene is in the Carolinas. I am not expecting a hidden oasis, just feedback if anyone down there can provide perspective.

There are tickle fetishists in the Carolinas, but we are all spread out allover the two states. There is no kind of tickle munches or parties as far as I know. I think the issue is figuring out where to have it when we're all so spread out.
