So, I usually go to YouTube for my tickle content.
I know I’m going to get destroyed for saying that, but I do have something very concerning to bring to light.
There is a person on YouTube that made multiple channels recently that is posting content from producers in ten second clips, and they post a link to a Patreon page for people to pay that person for these full length clips from other producers. This person gets struck multiple times, but always floods the recently uploaded filter with nothing but “their” content. Just do a basic search for “tickling feet” on YouTube and click recently uploaded and you will find these channels. There has to be some kind of way to protect producers in this whole thing. Yeah, what I do is not really smiled upon, but at least I’m not opening a Patreon page and having people pay me to see content that’s not my own.

Sadly there isn't aside from tickling companies requiring the use of their own video players and software in order for customers to play their content...and even then people who want to steal their content WILL find a way to steal it. Thanos said it best. "I AM INEVITABLE!" The best bondage/tickle companies can do I feel is to either lower the price so people don't feel encouraged to steal (but they'll probably do it anyways) or sue websites like Pornhub for copyright violation (and I'm not evens sure that's viable). As for Youtube, I'm guessing there are copyright strikes that can be used but again, thieves are gonna try and find a way around it. It's a struggle!

I know the channels you're talking about. I caught them offering my own content at one point and was able to get them deleted. The channels are back, but they've stopped offering my videos as far as I can tell.

Basically, you need to contact the producers whose videos they're offering. The producer can then use Clips4Sale (ideally, as most producers are on there) to file a takedown notice. Two or three copyright strikes and boom, no more channel. And, as in my case, if you take down their channels repeatedly they'll wise up and stop hawking your videos because they want to keep the channels up.

Is it a perfect solution? No, but there's only so many producers for them to rip off. Keep hammering them and eventually they won't have anything to steal.

I mean, YouTube has some quality tickle content on there. Don't be ashamed of that. Some people post some great amateur stuff on YouTube. There is also some piracy as well, which is a shame. Though YouTube has been trying to crack down on the "pornographic" stuff anyway, so tickling content has been getting removed. Sometimes I will actually find short previews of newer clips and I will actually seek the producers out and buy the clip from them myself. However, SoleMates said it best. All you can really do is contact the producer of the clips and let them know. Piracy isn't cool.
