What is your most nostalgic pre-TMF memory

I guess for me it was the first time I ran across a copy of the House of Milan publication, “Hogtied” back in the early 70’s. Thumbing thru it, I came across a photo article with the girl getting hogtied, gagged, and tickled on the feet with a feather! I thought I’d lose it right there!!! Bought the Mag, and still have it!

I first got the internet late 96, early 97, and back in the day, you'd have individuals websites, usually with stories, the first one I recall was the Captive Babysitter!

Two early websites i remember were Ticklegal (Toni) and Josie the pussycat

in terms of media, there was Solefully yours, Rock man, Daedalus or Feeture, who had some lovely models, an Australian company called Channel X and of course Magic Touch with the beautiful girl in the purple dress, Jacqui..

The UK community has grown exponentially in the 25 years or so since and of course technology has too! No more schreeching, no more waiting half an hour for videos to load!

But a lot more opportunities to grow, and this place (TMF) has played a large part..
 
The Sun (UK newspaper) had an article called It Takes Two to Tickle on 31/07/75, with pictures of a topless model being tickled under the chin by a former footballer, and then her tickling his foot. It was dressed up as a slimming article to burn calories, but we would recognise it as hard core tickle fetish porn (in a family newspaper). The Seventies was a different world.

The bit of advice I always remember was 'when being tickled, really let yourself go. Remember it's the hysterical shrieking with laughter that burns off all the calories"

I was 14 at the time when I read that, and in many ways that article 'ruined' my life.
 
Pam was a very cool person. I talked on the phone with her once or twice and bought a few videos. Unfortunately none of the videos were that great. She didn’t end up with the most ticklish girls (in fact her cameraman/husband was much more ticklish than any of the girls, at least from the preview I saw) and would resort to techniques I don’t prefer, like ice, etc.

Still, she was an important pioneer in our community. I remember hearing that the aforementioned husband was abusive….Pam disappeared not long after I heard that and I hope she’s doing ok.
 
All of you oldies. I got on the internet in 2000, at least in a capacity where I could search (not in high school) and I only remember SW Tickle when I was 18. I do oftentimes wonder what all content I've missed because of being maybe 5 years too young. I feel real sorry for anyone who's 20 or younger now. Tickle Abuse, Czech, Tickle Central, Real Tickling have already basically ceased to exist.
 
The thing that got me curious about tickling.

I've posted this before, but I had one female teacher in Junior High who taught class barefoot a few times, because of a certain pair of tan shoes which hurt her feet.

Well, after seeing the article of tickling "Being the new sex fetish"

I began to wonder if said teacher and her other female teacher co workers were ticklish.

Her husband, who unfortunately passed away young, and was a very nice guy, was my gym teacher at the time I had this lady for history.

I began to wonder if her husband ever massaged or kissed her feet, or tickled her.

It was nothing. "Obsessive" back then, just a fleeting thought lol.

Rock-man videos was the first every tickling photos and videos I found on the internet. It was in the early fall of 2001 and I was up at college. Granted, TMF already existed, but I was unaware of it at the time. Regardless, Rock-man videos changed my life. Had I not found it I was about to give up on searching for it on the internet and probably never would've discovered the TMF and realized there are other people out there like me. It also featured pantyhose tickling, which is my absolute favorite. Nina is still my favorite ticklee of all time.
 
Somewhere around 1990 I was in Las Vegas, and I wandered into what was billed as the "World's Largest Adult Book Store". I stumbled upon a couple of the early California Star "Tied and Tickled" series on VHS. Until this discovery, I had to idea that there was tickling content on video. Talk about opening the flood gates...
 
I remember ticklemporium.com, ticklehell.com, and if you were into m/m there was Ropejock.com which was like a tickle stories gold mine. Back in my teen years they were really eye opening hahaha. Also remember Calstar having their backlist online, but could never find the specific video I wanted for sale, ce la vie I guess
 
Does anyone remember Tobias Hackner ? He was one of the earliest in the community sold the cassette tapes of ladies being tickled. Timeframe late 80's :)

I certainly remember - he also sold drawings and stories. The quality varied significantly, except for the cassettes which while a great idea, were copies of copies of copies and were barely audible. That said, at the time it was all there was and was glad to have it.
 
It’s hard for me to think of just 1..so I am going write 3 down, as in it was a series of chain events!

ATF (anime tickling forum) where I found other tickle nerds out there, just like me! Which then lead to reading some awesome sailor moon tickling stories, wrote by an author called Jaylin..this opened my eyes to tickling fiction and art and finally MSN groups, where I first learnt about combining role playing with tickling…

There was an angelfire webpage with some bondage and tickling stories and photos. I wish I knew what they were exactly.
