Anyone know who the artist is (see attached)? (MM/F w/ a M onlooker, feet)

Saw this artwork many years ago, but only recently rediscovered it thru a friend on Facebook who posted it to their feed as of late (see attached below):

There’s an artist’s inscription at the bottom right in the illustration, but I can’t make it what it says.

Thanks in advance for any help with identifying this artist.

I believe the artists name is "Smith".

I've always thought this picture was quite a treat! Too bad the resolution's so soft, but I've never seen a better version. Makes me wonder what happened to the original; surely the artist must still have it around somewhere for rescanning. But maybe not.

I can tell you that TMJ has one comic by smith at the very least, if I remember right. I have some of their art, but cannot upload it to the site.

Definitely looks like the work of this artist.

Would be fun to pick their brain as to the origins of this particular artwork with the woman being tickled by these indigenous looking men.
