Tickle Torture in "Black Scorpion" (S1X17)

I was not familiar with the TV series "Black Scorpion," but I must say that I love it now. Full of comic book topics, costumed villains with superpowers and action.
When I found episode #17 "He who laughs last" contemplating tickling in the villain's plan, I had to look into it!
