Kody Evans and her new friend Elizabeth are laying around outside tanning and soaking up the sun on a hot day. Kody starts rubbing tanning oil on Elizabeth's legs and feet. Kody finds out that Elizabeth has extremely ticklish feet when she starts rubbing the oil on Elizabeth bare soles. Kody decides to sneak some more tickles in on her bare soles with her long, sharp nails. Before long Kody is tickling all over Elizabeth's feet and toes, ensuring to not miss any spots!
