I stumbled upon this video with female celebs showing off their feet. At 6:21 Katy Perry's dog is licking her feet and toes and she's not reacting at all;
Just because having her feet licked by her dog doesn't tickle, doesn't mean her feet aren't ticklish. Being tickled, and not reacting, means a person isn't ticklish.
Yeah some people don't find dogs liking ticklish. Until her feet really go through an actual tickling session it'll really all be guesstimate, unless she herself comes out and comments on it.
Regardless, who cares. We know her upper body is pretty ticklish from when she got tickled on stage.
maybe she needs a more intense tickling, dogs have a rather soft tongue, my girlfriend can also tolerate when a dog licks her soles, but when a cat starts licking her soles, she is no longer able to tolerate, since cats have a much rougher tongue
