Found this one yesterday, she's from Argentina and was a contestant on "Gran Hermano" ("Big Brother") this year. She's really ticklish on her upperbody, unfortunately not ticklish on her feet. But let's explain the context:

I'll post 3 videos, but they are basically the same with some differences. In the first video, she freaks out when two men try to tickle her while she's laying in a bed. After that, there's a brief scene in the kitchen. The second one has the scene with her freakin' out, but also a bonus scene in which she's tickled by another guy. The thing is that it seems that she has kind of a relationship with this one, and yeah she didn't freak out in this case. But when he tries to tickle her feet, she's not ticklish there. The third one is the video with just the scene in which she freaks out...
