Interesting idea! I often wonder how many times a podiatrist has the “my feet are ticklish” convo with patients.
 
I would think that a doctor would naturally assume ticklishness to some degree. A 'Better safe than sorry' kind of approach.
 
Really nice story. I love the premise and the dialogue. I'd like you to write a continuation of that scene. Nice job:)
