It's him and do you know who he is married to? Jaime Bergman who did tickle videos for FM Concepts under the name Morgan Daniels. Very interesting.

there was an interview with him when he was doing Angel. He said that one scene he was doing with Charisma Carpenter she kept laughing cause she was sooo ticklish on her belly. He then said that he gave her a long raspberry and had her laughing hysterically. Im sure you can find the interview on this site.
