I hate to sound like a douchebag, but I have to partly agree and partly disagree with Radiolighting. This is something that I've kept my mouth shut on because I didn't want to be disrespectful, but seeing RL get attacked by just about everyone I am tempted to finally say something.
I, personally, didn't find the ticklee in this video all that attractive. Obviously, beauty is subjective. A girl one man thinks is ugly might be a supermodel in the eyes of another. So excuse my rather contradictory statement when I say that I've noticed that alot of the ticklees in many companies aren't really that attractive (this applies more to lesser known companies than it does to TC Videos, or Jessie's company whose name I don't even know), or at least in my eyes. For example, I haven't bought any of Bleu Fetish's clips in awhile because I, personally, don't think their ticklees are particularly attractive (save for a couple, notably Lora Diaz) despite it being a genuinely awesome company. Same for Tickle Horror (I've actually never bought any of their clips for that reason, even though I think the ticklers are awesome and the atmosphere is pretty damn good). Even with TC Videos, I only found Elah and Pheebee to be the only two really pretty girls in TIB's sudden influx of Asian ticklees.
My argument is circular, and rather moot, because of the fact that as stated before, this is only MY preferences. I admit to having pretty high standards. It's just that there are some girls that I will look at in these videos and say to myself "Dear God, how did she make it into a tickle video" and then wonder how I seem to be the only one in the forum NOT drooling over her. But like I said, that is only my opinion, and I pretty much answered my own question (it's like I was talking to myself). I guess this is pretty much to partly address that the ticklee's appearance IS important to the video. If the girl is ugly, then she could be as ticklish as you could imagine, the video would still be bad. Ticklishness is only half the equation.
Therein lies the part that I think RL neglected to touch upon (or probably left out because it would have been completely awkward and out of context, like this entire post). The importance of ticklishness. I think everyone else here said it pretty well, and it is pretty self-explanatory. If the girl's as ticklish as a rock, the video sucks. 'Nuff said.
Appearance and ticklishness go hand-in-hand. If you only have one, it won't make for a good video.
I'm not really sure why I even posted this. I guess because, while RL could have put his criticism in a much nicer way ("butterface" is a little harsh, and a trailer trash insult was very much unwarranted), I do agree with him (though I don't know about the "non-metro" and "trailer" stuff). And I've had this general opinion almost since I first joined this forum, but never said anything since I usually don't give negative criticism ("usually" meaning I NEVER give it. This may well be my first time). So I felt obligated to say something when RL was being attacked for his opinion, not because he was overly harsh or because he neglected the importance of ticklishness in a tickle video, but because he found completely unattractive a girl that he "should" have been drooling over (or so it seemed in my eyes. I don't mean to make accussations, nor do I claim to be able to read minds. If you're lashing out in response to the trailer trash comment, then by all means knock yourself out. My bad. But I didn't see any referrences to that insult in anyone's reply; only contempt that he found the girl in the video to be lacking in physical appearance).
