Meals before tickling,or afterwards or whenever?

We all know we love tickling but one thing I am curious about is when is the best tactic to take as far as eating something or a meal when you know,anticipate some tickling action . Whether your the Lee,ler ,your going to need energy as tickling burns calories as well as laughter.

I generally like and do my best to grab a snack or something substantial awhile before the tickling as I feel much more comfortable knowing the food is digested and there won't be any surprises. Course I drink quite a bit of water before and after tickling sessions as I am conscientious about staying hydrated .

What do you others think , do you grab something small ,do you wait till after the tickling?

if i were to eat a meal before tickling id probably do it an hour before just so that its somewhat digested before i start laughing. Nothing kills the mood during a tickle session that you laugh so hard that you throw up a full chicken leg or something

I'd steer clear of eating a full me then again, I've yet to experience the wonder that is actually playing. So my word is faaaaar from law.
