I'm right there with you. I'm from a Christian family, but we had to cancel Christmas, or at least our observation of it. It looks like we'll be observing it in February or March, so tonight and tomorrow, I've got nothing but time on my hands.

I'm a Jew too, but my stepsister celebrates Christmas so that is where I'll be today.

Right now though I've been watching "The Christmas Story" marathon. Of course there is always Chinese food.

I'm with you in spirit Mel! I own A Christmas Story on bluray but don't ever watch it, but come Christmas Eve/day and I watch it 3 or four times. LOL

I did find out this sad nugget of info last night... My oldest brother has never seen all of it and his wife has never even heard of it till me and my sister in law (2 years younger than me) were watching and talking about it. O.O. I was like "I don't even know you people!". I should have shot their eye out kid, but instead, I just creeped them out following them around the house smiling with goggles on saying, "I LIKE THE WIZARD OF OZ.......I LIKE THE TINMAN!" 😉
 
Do what the Jews do on Christmas. See a movie, get some chicken lo mein, light a nativity scene on fire... OK maybe just the first two... 😉
 
I want a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's for lunch but they're closed!!! Damn you Santa!
