A protein shake and a chocoalte pop tart for breakfast.. I know bad me should of not had the poptart.. I need to be punished

last night had a dinner salad, 1/4 of baked pot and about 3 oz of baked chicken
 
A meatball. I am currently making a homemade meat sauce. I will be making Lasagna for Super Bowl Sunday.
