It's Pepper's turn to have her soft soles tickled, and I don't think she's ready for it. Her lower body is exceptionally ticklish, all the way from her toes to her thighs. She squeals and yips as fingers scribble on her bare feet, then bucks when her knees are touched. The electric toothbrush drives her to hysterical laughter when used on her toes.
