Tickling a friend

Are you being a little overly sensitive here? I thought this forum was about discussing, and that's just what I was doing. I couldn't care less if you wear a shirt with a "I have a tickling fetish" print on it, and I couldn't care less how your friends react to it. I just don't see the necessity to fill each and everybody around you in with your love life, no matter what it might be. If my friends were my sexual preference, I wouldn't consider them friends anymore. That makes them a potential sexual partner. But I generally tend not to eat where I shit. I've seen too many friendships turn sour and cliques breaking apart because friendship turned sexual.
 
I should have mentioned sir... You have to be honest and respectful. Don't play mind games and be very receptive to the non-verbal signs...
 
99% of people don't even know tickling fetish is a thing. Tickling girls you hang out with is awesome, they don't think anything of it no one gets hurt. Just um, keep it in your pants.

1. You wouldn't. I'm just sayin' fetishes are a little hard to wrap your head around sometimes. Its completely normal to us and we consider it "sexy" and "hot", but to anyone else it could mean any number of different things. Just gotta be careful with who you tell and how you tell them bro. We here at the forum dont exactly have an objective point of view on the situation.
2. I didnt suggest he play games, I suggested he change his behaviour so he doesn't appear creepy and desperate. Thats not tricking someone into indulging your fetish, its a subtle and healthy way of incorporating tickling into his everyday interactions.
3. You're one to talk after accusing Rhiannon of "judging" friendships in the real world when she doens't know the full story. I told the guy to be respectful of a friendship first and to put his idealality of exploring his fetish with her second. Thats all.
4. Your advice is based on what has worked for you. This does not apply to every Tom, Dick and Harry. You should think twice before telling someone that its your way or the highway. Fair enough if its your opinion but to type it out like its the fuckin gospel truth...you're dreaming buddy.

1. What does "idealality" mean because it's not a word.
2. When you suggest to "play hard to get", that statement encompasses "playing games".

4. Just because I am able to engage in an ideological debate towards the ethics of tickling where I write with confidence doesn't mean that I'm correct. It solely means I know how combat other opinions without sounding less intelligent.

"idealality" is the regresative laterant form of possessative dinaralilism with a protraction on percieveative realism. But not quite dadaism.

1. Ideality was the word I was looking for. Close enough.
2. Its a figure of speech. It does not coincide with being deceitful or screwing someone around for shits and giggles.
3. I am aware you never specifically stated that your advice is the only advice that should be taken, it just reads that way. I'm sure im not the only one who's picked up on that vibe.
4. Opinions are not meant to be "combated". An opinion is exactly that - an opinion. If you dont agree, thats completely fine. But at least acknowledge where its coming from and dont overide or diminish it because you dont accept it yourself.

The advice is very logical. If you are friends, an opportunity to tickle will present itself sooner or later. But if you're trying to work towards a situation like that, chances are that you will appear very very awkward and creepy.
