We al know that women are better ticklers. (just kidding, at least I think they are.)
Therefore which is better?

Long nails or short nails of fingertips.
 
Short nails.😀 Long nails can easily scratch rather than tickle.
 
I think fingertips would be the best option. Long nails would just scratch and short nails...i guess it would depend on how short.
When my friend Kristen tickled me it was fine...but eh
